With that being said, even though a pregnancy massage is acceptable for most expecting mothers, a massage during pregnancy should be avoided by anyone experiencing severe morning sickness, carrying a high-risk pregnancy or who has a high risk of miscarriage. It is always advised that you check with a physician before you receive a pregnancy massage.
